142d Force Support Squadron

Customers must have two forms of ID, one of which must be a valid photo ID.

If CAC is lost or stolen, you must fill out AF Form 1168 with Security Forces prior to your scheduled appointment.

Hair and facial hair must be in regs.

Dependents must have a signed DD Form 1172-2 or be accompanied by their sponsor.
